This option allows you to exclude advanced communication features (DAD, Legal Notice, Signature) for a specific address — for example, a photocopier, an automated system, or any other non-human sender — without having to disable these features for the entire domain.
How to access this option? Go to Administration → Advanced Communication → Settings, then click on the "Technical Exceptions" tab.
Why use this exception? It prevents any alteration of messages that contain structural issues or unrecognized MIME versions (or any other incompatibility) within our systems. The message will be delivered in its original state, without any advanced features being applied (Unisign, DAD, HUM, Legal Notice, etc.).
Adding an Exception
- Go to Administration → User Delegation → Technical Exceptions, then click on the "Technical Exceptions" tab.
- Enter the email address or domain (internal or external) for which you want to apply the exception, then click "Validate".
For a domain exception, all emails originating from that domain will be delivered without any modification or integration of advanced features. Make sure to include the asterisk (*) when entering a domain.
