Technical exceptions

This option allows you to exclude the advanced communication features (DAD, Legal Notice, Signature) for one address (e.g. if it is a copier address, an automaton or other) without having to disable the enhanced features for the entire domain.

Why this exception?

It allows us to avoid altering a message containing a structural problem or a MIME version (or any other...) not recognised by our systems.

The message will be delivered in its initial state without the integration of any enriching functionalities (Unisign, DAD, HUM, Legal Notice) etc...

1) Navigate via your personal space to Filtering=> Advanced Communication, and click on the "Technical Exceptions" tab

2) Enter an address or domain (internal or external) to which you wish to make exceptions and click on "Validate".

A domain: (which means that all mails coming from the domain will not be altered, no integration of the advanced features). Remember to enter the star (*). Example below.

3) A notification of acceptance will be visible after you add a technical exception.

There are 3 ways to remove technical exceptions.

1. It is possible to delete by unit by simply clicking on "delete" in the "Action" column (the row where the address is located)

2. Multiple selections, check the addresses to be removed and click on the delete button

3. Checking the "all" box will select all addresses, deletion will be for the entire list
