SEND AN ITEM FOR ANALYSIS THROUGH THE SECUSERVE SUPPORT PORTAL:
If an e-mail contains important information that you need to share with our technical support, you can attach it as a file to be sent.
First, save the email to a directory (File => Save As).
Then log in to the Secuserve Support portal,
1. In your answer ticket, click on "Select attachment...".
2. Select your document (e-mail)
REQUEST A TICKET BY E-MAIL :
If you wish to open an analysis request by sending an email to support@secuserve.com you can do so quickly with the built-in function in Outlook.
The Forward as Attachment feature in Outlook can help you to quickly attach an e-mail as a file in a new e-mail. Please do the following.
1. Select an email that you will attach as a file in a new email, and then click Home > More > Send as attachment. See the screenshot:
Then an e-mail is created with the selected e-mail attached in the Attachment field as below screenshot. Please edit the subject of the e-mail, select the recipients, write the body of the e-mail and then send it.
Alternatively, you can copy and paste the relevant message.
Select the email and click on the right mouse button then 'Copy'.
Paste the attachment (using the "Ctrl+V" key on your keyboard) into the email you wish to send to our service support@secuserve.com for analysis.
