Manage quarantined blocked messages and HUMail

Section: Access via Web Browser | Channel: Browser

Once connected to My e-securemail, you can view and manage all messages that were not delivered to your inbox.

What You Need

  • Be logged into My e-securemail (see the article Log in )

View Your Blocked Messages

  • In the menu, click Quarantine or HUMail

  • The list displays messages from the last 30 days

  • Click a message to view its details and preview it

Take Action on a Message

  • Select the message from the list

  • Choose one of the available actions:

    • Release: the message is delivered to your inbox

    • Delete: the message is permanently deleted

    • Allow Sender: future messages from this sender will no longer be blocked

    • Block Sender: all future messages from this sender will be deleted

Manage Pending HUMail Messages

HUMail messages are emails whose sender has not yet completed the CAPTCHA verification.

  • Click the Pending HUMail tab

  • Preview the message

  • If the message is legitimate, click Certify Sender to permanently authorize the sender

⚠️ If you are unsure about a message, do not release it or certify the sender — contact your IT administrator.

In Case of an Issue

If a released message does not appear in your inbox, wait a few minutes and then check your spam/junk folder.
