Before configuring your email security policy, it is essential to fill in your contact information and the technical parameters related to your domain, and ideally this step should take place just before you modify your MX records.

IDENTIFIER :

As soon as you enter the Administration Console with your User ID and Password, by going to the profile tab, you are prompted to change the password first.


The login does not change. It takes the form of an email address, which will be used to contact you: remember to put a correct email address. If there are several of you using the admin console or if you need to be alerted technically, remember to put a service email address, shared email address or a distribution list.

(example: support@company.com; informatique@societe.fr...).

You can change your access account in the field "Login", enter your new access account for the administration.

In the example above, the user "demo@pur-mail.net" will be contacted via this email address.

If you lose your login or password, please send a message to support@secuserve.com, using an address of the domain concerned. We will then proceed to send your password after verification.
