Search for a message

The simple search is made up of the "Sender", "Recipient" and "Date" or "Period" criteria.

As these criteria are included in the advanced search, we will describe all the fields below.

- Sender: this can be a specific, empty or incomplete e-mail address (with the generic character "*"). Examples: jean.durand@company.com, jean*@company.com, etc...

- Recipient: like the sender, this may be a specific, empty or incomplete address.

At least one of the two "Sender" or "Recipient" fields must contain the domain name using the filtering service.

- Subject: This can be a specific subject (order number 2453), empty or incomplete (with the wildcard character "*" - example: order *).

- Date and time: Here you can search the last 30 days by time and in 10-minute increments. This function is useful when the volume of messages exchanged is very high.

- Period: this function allows you to select a maximum period of 7 days.

Note: the longer the period and the more records are involved, the more we recommend you refine your other filters (status, sender, recipient, etc.).
