Message Tracking

Search for a message

The simple search is made up of the "Sender", "Recipient" and "Date" or "Period" criteria.

As these criteria are included in the advanced search, we will describe all the fields below.

• Sender: This can be a specific email address, empty, or incomplete (using the wildcard character ""). Examples: jean.durand@company.com, jean@company.com, etc.

• Recipient: Like the sender, this can be a specific, empty, or incomplete address.

At least one of the two fields "Sender" or "Recipient" must contain the domain name used with the filtering service.

• Subject: This can be a specific subject (order number 2453), empty, or incomplete (with the wildcard character "*" – example: order *).

• Date and Time: Here, you can search the last 30 days by hour and 10-minute increments. This function is useful when the volume of exchanged messages is very high.

• Period: This function allows you to select a maximum period of 7 days.

Note: The longer the period and the greater the number of records involved, the more we recommend refining your other filters (status, sender, recipient, etc.).

Domain searches may be limited, especially for complex queries. If you encounter a failure in the results, use the export function.
