Authorization management

The domain administrator in the CIM has the possibility to manage the access permissions to the different settings and options of the individual mail console.

The domain administrator will be able to define which settings the users will have access to and whether they will have the right to modify them.

Permissions are configured on the administration console:

White List/Black List

The Filter Lists button is not available on the ICD

Visible

The button is visible and clickable but the tables afterwards are only accessible in consultation

Changeable

Filter lists are fully editable (add/remove an item)

Message tracking

Masked

The Search for messages button is not available

Visible

The message tracking only allows to see the mails received or sent by the user

Changeable

Same as visible, with the added possibility of re-transmitting messages

Quarantine

Masked

The Quarantine button is not available

Visible

The user can only view his quarantine but does not have access to the action buttons release / whitelist / blacklist

Request for link to personal console

Unable to request a link to the CIM (message indicating that the administrator has disabled access)

For Optimails customers, the administrator can manage email access for CIM users.
