Manage Your Blocked Messages from Teams

From the My e-securemail application in Teams, you can review and manage your blocked messages directly within your workspace.

Prerequisites

  • Be signed in to the My e-securemail application in Teams.

Steps

  1. Click the My e-securemail button in the Outlook ribbon.

  2. In the side panel, click Quarantine or Humail.

  3. Click the View icon to preview the message before taking any action.

  4. Choose the desired action:

    • Release

    • Delete

    • Allow Sender

    • Block Sender

⚠️ If you are unsure whether a message is legitimate, do not release it. Contact your IT administrator for assistance.

Troubleshooting

If the interface does not load correctly, close and reopen the Teams application, or access My e-securemail through your web browser.
