From the My e-securemail application in Teams, you can review and manage your blocked messages directly within your workspace.
Prerequisites
Be signed in to the My e-securemail application in Teams.
Steps
Click the My e-securemail button in the Outlook ribbon.
In the side panel, click Quarantine or Humail.
Click the View icon to preview the message before taking any action.

Choose the desired action:
Release
Delete
Allow Sender
Block Sender
⚠️ If you are unsure whether a message is legitimate, do not release it. Contact your IT administrator for assistance.
Troubleshooting
If the interface does not load correctly, close and reopen the Teams application, or access My e-securemail through your web browser.
