Feedback
The different ways of reporting a message: reporting a false-positive, false-negative or classifying the message.
By providing a feedback option for users, they can indicate whether a message is legitimate or not, or whether it is considered spam.
This feedback can be used to improve the AI's database and self-learning, enabling better spam detection.
By collecting and analysing this feedback information, AI can learn new characteristics and improve its ability to distinguish spam from legitimate messages. This also reduces false positives and false negatives, improving the user experience and user safety.
