Humail Report

By default, an individual security report is sent every day (between 4:00 and 8:00 am) to each user and lists the last 7 messages retained. The generation time is customisable.

The security report also lists the messages blocked in quarantine. For more details see the following document.

What you need to know

A message retained by HUMail

  • Is visible via the admin interface and the Individual Messaging Console (IMC) for a period of 30 days
  • Once the retention period has expired, it is permanently deleted from our platform, there is no possibility to retrieve or release the email.
  • The message released/certified by the user or sender is no longer available in the HUMail tracking. It will not appear in future security reports.
  • When a user sends multiple messages and authenticates to one of the authentication requests, you will receive all the emails that have been retained by HUMail.

The security report is sent by e-mail (every morning) for each new message retained the previous day (the report can contain up to 7 retained messages) and lists the previous retained messages. It is possible to view all retained messages via the Individual Messaging Console (IMC).

Humail report action button :

The preview eye: allows you to read the content of the message safely

The green envelope: releases the message

The envelope with the validation sign: releases the message and adds the user to the list of HUMail certified users (this sender will no longer have to perform an authentication check)

The bin: removes the message held by HUMail (it will not be visible in the next security report).

The security report can be sent several times during the day. You can change the generation time from the administration console (CIM) according to the access security policy defined by your administrator.

Go to Filtering è Security Report

Click on the generation time and select the reception times:

In the example below, a security report will be sent at 6:00, 12:00 and 16:00 (if a message is retained by HUMail).
