Analysis of the Secuserve Dashboard
The dashboard provides an overview of your orders, clients, and domains managed by the Secuserve platform.

It provides detailed information on each order form, including:

  • General information on the client and domain: Client name, domain involved, order date, etc.
  • Order details: Subscribed solution (e-securemail, Optimails, Shex, Continuity), quantity, start and end dates, order status.
  • Additional information: Order creator, alias name, etc.

Explanation of key fields:

  • Orders: Total number of orders placed.
  • Clients: Number of unique clients who have placed at least one order.
  • Domains: Total number of domains associated with orders.
  • Client: Name of the client who placed the order.
  • Domain: Domain name involved in the order.
  • Order date: Date when the order was placed.
  • Created by: Name of the person who created the order on the Secuserve portal.
  • Alias name: Alias name associated with the domain (if applicable).
  • Solution: Type of solution subscribed (e-securemail, Optimails, Shex, Continuity).
  • Quantity: Quantity of mailboxes (number of mailboxes).
  • Start: Start date of the service.
  • End: End date of the service.
  • Status: Current status of the order (Validated, Under review, Expired).
  • Action: Possible actions on the order (renewal, modification, etc.).

This dashboard allows you to:

  • Track business activity: By analyzing the number of orders, clients, and domains, you can assess the business volume and customer growth.
  • Identify the most popular solutions: By analyzing the distribution of orders by solution, you can identify the most in-demand products.
  • Track contract durations: By comparing start and end dates, you can evaluate the average duration of contracts and identify the most loyal clients.
  • Analyze the status of orders: The "Status" field helps track the progress of orders and identify orders waiting for validation or expired orders.
