Automatic quarantine subscription usage indicator for users :
In the start-up screen different usage states of the features are visible.
Each new user is automatically subscribed to his quarantine
No new users are subscribed to the quarantine
If you wish to activate the
automatic subscription or to make a manual addition, you can set it up via the
menu at the top: Configuration => Quarantine subscription
- Show all subscriptions: By default, the Quarantine Subscription Management page shows only active subscriptions. You can show inactive subscriptions (account deleted/deactivated from your mailbox) by clicking the Show all subscriptions button.
- Delete: Allows you to delete one or more quarantine subscriptions. Note that this action deactivates the automatic creation of the subscription, the line then appears in grey. An activate button allows you to reactivate the subscription
- Quarantine: the address you want to monitor with the quarantine report. If an address is not listed, you will not receive a report for it.
- Subscriber: the address to which the report will be sent. Often it will be interesting to receive the report from a box X to an address Y.
The "informatique@societe.com" service receives and administers the quarantines of its users "secretariat@societe.com" and "comptabilite@societe.com".
5. Language: The quarantine mail and its written content can be sent in the languages available through this drop-down menu.
6. Time: The administrator can set up multiple quarantine report sendings at different times of the day. The default report is generated at 4am.
7. Time Zone: Set the time zone and the times when the quarantine report is sent. A table of time zones is available below.
8. SPAM, Non-Compliant, Size, Content: Select the types of messages to be displayed in the quarantine report.
9. Automatic subscription: allows you to automatically subscribe all the addresses of the domain that have received SPAM in the last 24 hours to their own quarantine.
