How does it work

How it works

In this security report, you will find a table containing all the messages retained by the HUMail technology and the messages quarantined according to the security settings defined by the administrator.

The security report is an e-mail which is sent every day (between 4:00 and 9:00 am, by default) to each user who is a member of a security policy group and/or subscribed to its quarantine. The time at which the security report is generated can be set (from the admin console in Filtering=è Security Report) to send the report at different times of day.

If your message-reading media cannot read the HTML format of the unified report, you can click on the "Access your personal console" link (as shown below).

Correspondents awaiting validation Humail :

First, there is the HUMail report, which lists the last 7 messages (depending on your security policy), including those from the previous day.

In order to make judicious releases, the HUMail report received by the user contains a number of details about the email selected.

- Date and time the email was received.

- Sender address (forged by the sending SMTP server).

- The subject of the e-mail.

HUMail :

Zone in which messages potentially representing a threat (Phishing, Zero Day, Ransomware or depending on the score...) to the company's messaging system are retained. Messages remain stored in HUMail for 30 days.

HUMail certified list :

List containing all the addresses considered to be human, in compliance with the company's or user's security policy.

Good to know: Spam control is always active for Humail-certified correspondents.

NOTE: if no message is retained (HUMail) or blocked (Quarantine), no security report is generated.
