How to remedy a list of emails?

In your message tracking in the console space, search for the messages to remedy.

To facilitate the search, apply a filter based only on the email subject and the filtered domain. This will return better results for messages (with the same email subject) to remedy.

  1. Enter the sender and/or recipient email address
  2. The subject of the email (useful to filter only by this information)
  3. Select the messages to remedy (example, screenshot below)
  4. Click on Remedy

  If you choose "Select all for remediation", all the messages listed in your search will be deleted.  


Important:
A remedied email cannot be corrected a second time, as it is automatically deleted from the user's inbox.
Messages placed in the junk folder cannot be remedied.
