In your message tracking in the console space, search for the message to remedy.
- Enter the sender and/or recipient email address
- The subject of the email (useful to filter based only on this information)
- Select the message to remedy (as shown in the example screenshot)
- Click on Remedy
Action page for the message:
If you choose "Select all for remediation", all the messages listed in your search will be deleted.
Important:
A remedied email cannot be corrected a second time, as it is automatically deleted from the user's inbox.
Messages placed in the junk folder cannot be remedied.
