These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Security Report application, developed and provided by SECUSERVE SAS.
By using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. Application Overview
Security Report is an application integrated with Microsoft 365 that allows users to:
Quarantine – Blocked suspicious emails:
Release an email: the email will be delivered to your inbox.
Whitelist the sender: future emails from this sender will no longer be blocked (except in the case of viruses).
Blacklist the sender: future emails from this sender will automatically be quarantined.
Humail – Correspondents awaiting CAPTCHA validation:
Release an email: the email is delivered even if the sender has not yet completed CAPTCHA validation.
Release an email and certify a sender: the email is delivered, and the sender is added to your trusted contacts (no more CAPTCHA required).
Delete: the email is permanently removed from your list.
Access is strictly controlled through Microsoft authentication. No account creation is required. A backend verification ensures that the user’s domain is hosted by us before granting access.
2. Personal Data
The application does not collect or store any personal data.
The emails displayed in the application originate from email flows already managed by SECUSERVE SAS through our MX servers. These emails are previously filtered and stored by our services, independently of the application’s use.
The application allows authorized users to read and view email content but does not itself store or modify this data.
3. Authentication and Access
Access to the application is exclusively provided through Microsoft authentication (MSAL).
No additional username or password is required or stored.
Only users whose domain is approved may access the application.
4. Use of the Application
The application must only be used for lawful and professional purposes.
The following actions are prohibited:
Attempting to bypass authentication or access controls.
Reproducing, copying, or modifying any part of the service.
Using the application for spam, phishing, or distribution of malicious content.
5. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranty.
SECUSERVE SAS shall not be held liable for:
Improper use of the application.
Any indirect damage related to the use of, or inability to use, the application.
Actions performed by users authenticated with their Microsoft account.
