The quarantine report is sent daily to users who have subscribed to their quarantine and received at least one quarantined message.
Quarantined messages can be quarantined for the following reasons:
1. The score of the message is between the quarantine threshold value and the destruction threshold value (SPAM Verdict.A)
2. The mail has been detected as PNS (Pub, News, Social) provided that quarantining of these classifications is enabled in the filtering configuration (Filtering > Configuration)
3. The mail is too large, provided that the size limit is defined in the filtering configuration (Size verdict)
4. The email contains an attachment that meets the criteria set in the filtering configuration (Content verdict)
The reasons why a user may not receive a quarantine report are as follows:
1. It is not subscribed to its quarantine report. Subscriptions must be created via the console in Filtering > Quarantine > Add Subscription.
They can also subscribe automatically by sending an email with the character "*" in the subject line to quarantaine@security-mail.net
2. It has not received a quarantined message since the last quarantine report was sent.
3. The server encounters an anomaly (peak load or malfunction) that delays the sending of quarantine reports.
Note: It is possible to request that the report be sent on an ad hoc basis by sending an e-mail with the character "!" in the subject line to quarantaine@security-mail.net
