Enable Multi-Factor Authentication

The security of your administration console is paramount to protecting your sensitive data and users.

To strengthen this security, enabling multi-factor authentication (2FA) is highly recommended.

Follow these simple steps to further secure your access:


  1. Log in to your administration console Access your usual interface with your administrator credentials.
  2. Access the authentication settings Click on "Configure your 2FA", or navigate via the menu: AdministrationAuthentication.
  3. Scan the QR code Use an authentication application (such as FreeOTP, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or any other...) to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
  4. Enter the temporary code Enter the code generated by your authentication application to confirm activation.
