Advanced search
Advanced criteria
In addition to the "Sender", "Recipient" and "Date" or "Period" criteria.
The advanced search is made up of "score", "number of results" and "verdict" or "delivery status".
- Score :
This is the message's spam potential. Below 100, the message is probably not spam. Conversely, the higher the score, above 100, the more likely the message is to be spam. For example, you can limit your display by excluding obvious SPAMS (> 500).
By only displaying messages with a score below 100, you can control the false negative rate (SPAM messages analysed as valid).
- Number of results :
You can define the number of records ("lines") to be displayed (between 20 and 5000). This function is useful when the volume of messages exchanged is very high.
The results are counted above the results table, in the form "Number of items displayed: Y / X". Increase the number of records to be displayed or refine your search if you want to display everything.
- The verdict:
Types of mail you wish to filter, based on the results of the security scenarios applied to the message.
The search filter can be based on the anti-spam analysis status, i.e. the verdict, or on the delivery status.

- Delivery status :
Searching by delivery status returns a result on the status of the message's deliverability.
- Delivered: the message corresponded perfectly to the defined security rules and was normally transmitted to the destination server
- Delayed sending: the destination server has not accepted the message when it was presented. The message will be represented within a timeframe of between 2 minutes and a few hours, depending on the number of iterations already carried out.
- Humail: the message is awaiting validation of the sender's authentication.
- Rejected: the destination server has not accepted the message and has returned an explicit error message indicating the reasons for its rejection.
- Rejected: the destination server has rejected the message and returned an explicit error message indicating the reasons for its rejection.
