Section: Access via Microsoft Teams | Channel: Teams
The My e-securemail application integrates directly into Microsoft Teams, allowing you to manage blocked messages without leaving your workspace.
Prerequisites
- Microsoft Teams installed (desktop or web version)
- An active Microsoft 365 account
- Permission to install Teams applications (if installation is restricted, contact your IT administrator)
Installation Steps
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click the Apps icon (...).
- In the search bar, type My e-securemail.
- Select the application from the search results.
- Click Add.
- The application will appear in the Teams sidebar.
Installation by Your IT Administrator
In some organizations, the application is deployed automatically by the IT administrator. In this case, it will appear directly in Teams without any action required on your part.
Troubleshooting
If the application does not appear in the Teams search results or if you are unable to install it, please contact your IT administrator.
