Access and Sign In from Teams

    Once the application is installed in Teams, follow these steps to access it and sign in.

    Prerequisites

    • The My e-securemail application installed in Teams (see the article Install the My e-securemail App in Teams)

    Steps

    1. Open Microsoft Teams.
    2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Apps, then select the My e-securemail icon.
    3. The application opens in the main panel.
    4. Click Sign in with Microsoft.
    5. If prompted, grant the required permissions.
    6. Your My e-securemail dashboard will be displayed.

    Troubleshooting

    If Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication fails in Teams, sign out of Teams and sign back in, or use browser access instead.

    If you cannot find the My e-securemail application, please contact your IT administrator.
