What is feedback?
In order to make it easier for our customers to report filtering errors, we have set up a Feedback Link or Feedback Banner at the bottom of all our users' posts by default. You have the option of displaying this feedback link in English or French or not displaying it at all.
This setting is accessible in the Configuration > Advanced Communication menu

By clicking on this link at the bottom of the message, the user is redirected to a page where the type of message can be reported.

Generation of HTML content
It is possible to convert any outgoing message to HTML when it is plain text. This allows legal notices and signatures to be added as images, which is not possible with plain text.
