This section allows you to manage special mailboxes in HostedExchange, including:

Shared resources
For each resource, you can configure:
The resource name
The type (equipment, room, etc.)
The location (geographical location)
The associated phone number
The capacity (number of people or available units)
These special mailboxes simplify the booking and management of shared resources within your organization, allowing users to add them to meetings and events through their calendar.
