Open the My e-securemail application in Teams & Outlook (macOS & Windows) for Microsoft 365 users

Microsoft Teams

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Click the Apps icon in the left-hand sidebar.
3. In the Built for your organization section, search for My e-securemail.
4. Select My e-securemail from the list.
5. Click Add.

The application will then appear in the sidebar. Click it to access My e-securemail.

You can pin it by clicking ... → right-click → Pin.

Outlook

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click the Apps icon in the left-hand sidebar.
3. Select My e-securemail from the list.
4. Click Install.

The application will then appear in the sidebar. Click it to access My e-securemail.

You can pin it by clicking ... → right-click → Pin.

IMPORTANT: The application is not available in Outlook for macOS.
