When you enable an out-of-office message, each sender receives this automatic reply only once, even if they send you multiple emails. Therefore, if the same person emails you again, they will not receive your out-of-office message a second time.
To reset this counter
If you want your contacts to receive your out-of-office message again, you must:
Log in to Pronto
Go to the out-of-office message settings
Click the "Clear" button
This action resets the system and allows your contacts to receive your out-of-office message again the next time they send you an email.
