How to renew an expired order?
From the orders processing dashboard page, filter the search and click on the three small dots in the action column.
2. Then, select Renew.
3. Check the domain name involved, select the duration, and enter the desired number of licenses.
⚠️ Note: The end date is automatically calculated based on the start date (initial order) and the desired period.
Once validated, the renewal status will appear as "processed," and a new order will be added with the status "Valid."
